In the spring and fall, Newcastle visitors can hunt pronghorn antelope, whitetail deer, elk, grouse, waterfowl, dove, and turkey. Winter brings hunting for bobcats and mountain lions. Year round, predators such as coyotes, red fox, and jack rabbits are fair game.
