Anderson Lake State Park - Lakes & Reservoirs
The lake is only open to the public seasonally. Park highlights are fishing for rainbow trout and a 4.4 mile hiking trail that circles the lake. Other amenities include one picnic site, vault toilets and a parking area. Recreation activities in the park include power boating, trout fishing, hiking and picnicking. It is generally a marine climate, mild and temperate, with the Pacific Ocean moderating temperatures throughout the year.

Bogachiel State Park - Rivers & Streams
A day use area with six picnic sites and a community kitchen is served by the campground comfort stations. Activities enjoyed in the park include fishing, camping, picnicking, hiking and rafting on the Bogachiel River. The climate in this area is influenced by the Olympic Mountains.

Olympic National Forest - Fishing In National Forests
Variations in elevation and moisture create a rich landscape which offers many opportunities for camping, picnicking, hiking, fishing, hunting, swimming, and boating. Special activities include clam digging, oyster picking, beachcombing, scuba diving, wildlife viewing and mountain climbing.
