Bridgeport State Park
The park has 7,500 feet of fresh water shoreline that provides area for swimming, boating, fishing and water skiing. The Park offers sightseeing, including a 1/4 mile trail leading to an observation point.
Fishing

Pearrygin Lake State Park
This is a 578-acre camping park in the Methow Valley in north central Washington. The park features expansive green lawns leading to 8,200 feet of waterfront on Pearrygin Lake. The lake offers swimming, fishing and boating. Old willows and ash provide shade on hot summer days. The park has a boat ramp and 60 feet of dock.

Alta Lake State Park
Recreation includes picnicking, camping, bird watching, hiking, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, fishing, scuba diving, boating, water skiing and swimming. Average summer temperatures are 94 degrees maximum and 50 degrees minimum. Because central Washington is landlocked and subject to winter winds, winter temperatures are much colder than those in western Washington.

Named for President Franklin D. Roosevelt, the lake is now the largest recreation feature in the Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area. Water Activities In National Forests

Okanogan National Forest
The Okanogan National Forest is located in north-central Washington and extends from the Canadian boundary south to the Methow-Chalan Divide. The Okanogan National Forest offers plenty of outdoor activities. Outdoor recreation includes exploring the many miles of multi-use trials, swimming, fishing, camping, and winter recreation.

Water Skiing

Spectacle Lake
The lake is a 396 acre storage reservoir in the Whitestone Coulee Unit of the Okanogan-Similkameen Division of the Chief Joseph Dam Project and located near Tonasket, Washington. This is a Reclamation irrigation project associated with Chief Joseph Dam but not a part of the dam. Fish species include rainbow trout. The lake is managed as a trout fishery and possession of other species is prohibited.
