Everett State Park
The park covers 17 acres with 1,500 feet of saltwater shoreline on Puget Sound. Marine facilities include a four-lane boat launch ramp and a grounding float. Swimming is not recommended because of the currents and drop-offs. There are a few clams on the park beach. Recreation attractions at the park include shore fishing, beachcombing, bird watching, kite flying and marine life observation. The low rolling hills and sheltered inland salt water that make up the Puget Sound basin produce a mild, marine climate characterized by wintertime clouds, rain, and sometimes a light snow, but lots of summertime sunshine.
