Thirteen Mile Trail #23 winds through rock cliffs in the Sanpoil River Canyon and is accessible in spring. Dramatic views along upper trail with side trips linked to Fire Mountain and Thirteen Mile Mountain. Elevations range from 4350 to 2020 feet. This trail is 16.5 miles long.

Facilities: There are no facilities provided at Thirteen Mile Trail #23.

Reservations: Reservations are not needed or accepted for Thirteen Mile Trail #23.

Best Time To Visit: Thirteen Mile Trail #23 is open spring, summer, and fall.

Directions: To reach Thirteen Mile Trail #23 from Colville, start out going west on WA-20 toward US-395 for less than 0.1 miles. Turn right onto US-395 and continue to follow for 12.2 miles. Turn left onto WA-20 for 39.9 miles. From Republic, follow state Route 20 to Forest Service road 99. Follow road 99 south to trailhead.
