Summit Lake Campground is a dispersed campground in a mixed forest setting on Summit Lake. Fish for Rainbow and Brook Trout in the lake. Boat launch at campground. Supplies available at Orient. Deer, bears and squirrels are common to the area. No designated trails in the area.


Facilities: Summit Lake Campground provides restrooms, water, and a boat launch.

Best Time To Visit: Summit Lake Campground is open year-round.

Fees: No fees are charged.

Accessibility: This campground is not handicap accessible.

Rules: The maximum stay is 14 days.

Directions: To reach Summit Lake Campground from Colville, start out going west on East 3rd Street toward North Main Street for less than 0.1 miles. Turn right onto North Main Street and continue to follow for 30.6 miles. From Orient, go east on county route 4134 approximately 2.5 miles to county route 4013. Go north on 4013 approximately 5 miles to forest route 045. Go north on 045 approximately 2.5 miles.
