Smarty Creek Trail #371

Smarty Creek Trail #371 starts on Forest Service Road 39 and follows the South Fork of Twentymile Creek to the main stem, continuing past North Twentymile Meadows, and turning up the West Fork. It then turns westsouthwest to the head of Smarty Creek and back to Twentymile Creek and back to FS Road 39. Trail also provides access to North Fork Twentymile Trail 560. This trail is 11.7 miles and is accessible for hiking and horseback riding.
