Shuksan Golf Club is somewhat open and was designed after the Scottish links-style. The layout offers numerous scenic views of the countryside and Mount Baker. One hole that combines trees, water and sand is #5, a 374-yard, par 4, which has trees on the left side of the landing area and water on the right. The green on this hole is also tucked beside trees and sand on the left, and water in back. The rough that borders the fairways is extremely thick, and the terrain is hilly. There are several elevated tee boxes, including some that feature drops of more than 150 feet in elevation to the fairways.

Facilities: Shuksan Golf Club provides a beverage cart, snack bar, and restaurant. A full service bar is located on the premises.

Reservations: Tee Times are accepted for Shuksan Golf Club. The earliest tee time is available at 7:00am.

Best Time To Visit: Shuksan Golf Club is open year round. The pro shop is open dawn to dusk.

Fees: Green fees are charged. A fee is charged for cart rental.

Rules: No tank tops or cutoffs, metal spikes and fivesomes are not allowed.

Directions: To reach Shuksan Golf Club from the Bellingham Airport, take Baker View Rd going east, when you come to Hannegan Rd turn left, travel for approximately 3 miles to Axton Rd and make a right, drive until Axton Rd dead ends at the course.
