Peterson Prairie Campground is in a lush forest setting. Popular camping during the fall huckleberry season (August). The rest of the year, use is light. Graveled, level sites. Easy RV parking. Firewood sold by concessionaire. Trail to nearby ice cave. A stairway into the cave leads to cool ice formations (pun intended). There are a total of 31 sites with a maximum spur of 40 feet.
