Panhandle Campground is a newly remodeled campground in an open grove ponderosa pine and Douglas fir setting on the bank of the Pend Oreille River. Boat ramp at campground. Enjoy fishing for perch, crappie, bass, rainbow and brown trout. Supplies available at Usk, Ione or Newport. Firewood is sold on site. Whitetail deer and black bears are common to the area. There are a total of 13 sites with a maximum spur of 32 feet.
