Directions: To reach Nine Mile Falls Trail from Colville, start out going west on WA-20 toward US-395 for less than 0.1 miles. Turn right onto US-395 and continue to follow for 12.2 miles. Turn left onto WA-20 for 39.9 miles. From Republic, follow state Route 20 east to Forest Service road 99. Travel 2.5 miles to Refrigerator Canyon Road and continue 5 miles to the trailhead just beyond the intersection of roads 2053 and 2054.
