Gillette Lake is in a setting of low wooded hills. The lake is connected by water thoroughfares accessible by small boats to three other lakes. There is a boat dock and concrete boat ramp. There is also a small beach by the campground. Fishing, camping, hiking, swimming, water-skiing, and canoeing are some recreational activities found there. This lake has mixed ownership of both private and federal lands.

Facilities: Gillette Lake provides a boat dock and nearby camping.

Reservations: Reservations are not needed or accepted Gillette Lake.

Best Time To Visit: Gillette Lake is open spring, summer, and fall.

Fees: No fees are charged.

Accessibility: This lake is not handicap accessible.

Rules: Do not litter. A valid Washington state fishing license is needed to fish within the National Forest.

Directions: To reach Gillette Lake from Colville, travel 17 miles northeast on highway 20.
