Gillette Campground is set in a pine, fir and larch forest setting adjacent to Gillette Lake. Fish for trout and swim in the lake. Boat launch on lake. Supplies available at Ione. Deer, bears, raccoons, moose and birds are common to the area. The Little Pend Oreille OHV Trail is nearby. There are a total of 30 sites with a maximum spur of 28 feet.


Facilities: Gillette Campground provides a boat launch, restrooms, and drinking water.

Best Time To Visit: Gillette Campground is open May through September.

Fees: A camping fee is charged.

Accessibility: This campground is handicap accessible.

Rules: The maximum stay is 14 days.

Directions: To reach Gillette Campground from Colville, start out going northeast on WA-20 toward North Oak Street, and continue on WA-20 for 35.9 miles. Turn left onto WA-31 for 4.0 miles. From Ione, go south on state route 31 for 3 miles to state route 20. Go southwest on 20 approximately 10 miles.
