De Roux Campground

De Roux Campground is a tent only campground is in a mixed forest setting adjacent to the confluence of Teanaway River and Deroux Creek. Fish and swim in either creek or river. Supplies available at Cle Elum. Many animals can be seen in the area. Campers may gather firewood. Trails to the Alpine Lakes Wilderness area nearby. There are a total of 3 sites.

Facilities: There are no facilities provided at De Roux Campground.

Reservations: Reservations are not accepted for De Roux Campground.

Best Time To Visit: De Roux Campground is open year round.

Fees: No fees are charged.

Accessibility: This campground is not handicap accessible.

Rules: The maximum stay is 14 days.

Directions: To reach De Roux Campground from Yakima, start out going north on 1st Street for 1.5 miles. Enter on ramp to US-97 North for 0.3 miles. Continue on US-97 North for 30.3 miles. Exit on ramp to I-90 West for 1.4 miles. Continue on I-90 West for 25.5 miles. Exit onto off ramp at exit 84 to Oaks Avenue for 0.2 miles. Turn right onto Oaks Avenue for 0.4 miles. Turn right onto 1st Street West for less than 0.1 miles. From Cle Elum, go east approx. 6 miles on state HWY 970 to county route 970. Go north on 970 approximately 13 miles to forest route 9737. Go north on 9737 approximately 7.5 miles.
