Bumping Crossing Campground is set in a mixed forest setting on Bumping River. Abundant wildlife in the area. Campers may gather firewood. Several trails in area leading to the William O'Douglas Wilderness. Vault toilets. No garbage service. "Pack it In - Pack it Out". There are a total of 12 sites.

Reservations: Reservations are not accepted for Bumping Crossing Campground.

Best Time To Visit: Bumping Crossing Campground is open May through October.

Fees: No fees are charged.

Accessibility: This campground is not handicap accessible.

Rules: The maximum stay is 14 days.

Directions: To reach Bumping Crossing Campground from Yakima, start out going north on 1st Street for 1.5 miles. Enter on ramp to US-12 West for 0.3 miles. Continue on US-12 West for 12.6 miles. Bear right onto Naches Road for 0.1 miles. Continue onto Naches Avenue for 0.1 miles. Turn right onto 2nd Street for 0.1 miles. From Naches, go northwest on state HWY 410 approximately 30 miles to forest route 1800. Follow 1800 to the campground.
