Big Meadow Lake Campground is set in a conifer forest setting on Big Meadow Lake. Fish for trout and swim in the lake. Supplies available at Wamic. Deer, elk, cougar, moose and birds are common to the area. This campground is considered a wildlife viewing area. Two small trails lead around the lake area. There are a total of 16 sites with a maximum spur of 10 feet.


Facilities: Big Meadow Lake Campground provides restrooms and drinking water.

Best Time To Visit: Big Meadow Lake Campground is open April through November.

Fees: No fees are charged.

Accessibility: This campground is not handicap accessible.

Rules: The maximum stay is 14 days.

Directions: To reach Big Meadow Lake Campground from Colville, start out going northeast on WA-20 toward North Oak Street, and continue on WA-20 for 35.9 miles. Turn left onto WA-31 for 4.0 miles. From Ione, go east on primary forest route 2714 approx. 2.5 miles to primary forest route 2695. Go southeast on 2695 approximately 5 miles.
