Belfair State Park covers 62 acres with 3,720 feet of saltwater shoreline on Hood Canal. The park has provided is one horseshoe pit and a play area. The camp area has a total of 184 campsites (47 with trailer hookups). There are three comfort stations, a day use area with 205 tables and a bathhouse/comfort station. The park is on the Campsite Reservation Program.
Please note that the beaches are closed to clam and oyster harvesting due to pollution at the end of Hood Canal. Activities in the park include camping, picnicking, beachcombing, crabbing, kite flying, swimming and horseshoe pits. The park features a swimming lagoon, over 3,000 feet of freshwater shoreline, and 3,700 feet of saltwater shoreline on Hood Canal.
Winters are cool and cloudy with rain and some snow. Maximum winter temperatures are in the mid- to high 40s with minimum temperatures in the mid 30s. Summers are warm and relatively dry with maximum and minimum temperatures in the mid 70s and low 50s, respectively. This area averages 51 inches of precipitation per year.

Facilities: Belfair State Park provides restrooms, campsites and picnic tables.

Reservations: Reservations are accepted for Belfair State Park.

Best Time To Visit: Belfair State Park is open during the summer from 6:30 a.m. to dusk. Winter hours are from 8 a.m. to dusk. The park is open year-round for camping and day use.

Fees: A parking fee is charged.

Accessibility: Handicap accessibility is provided.

Rules: Check-in time is 2:30 p.m. Check-out time is at 1 p.m. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

Directions: To reach Belfair State Park from Bremerton start out going west on 6th St toward WA-303 for 0.1 miles. Turn left onto WA-303 for 0.1 miles. Turn right onto WA-304 for 0.9 miles. Turn left onto WA-304. Continue to follow WA-304 for 1.3 miles. Merge onto WA-3 S toward Tacoma for 10.2 miles. Turn right onto NE Clifton Ln. for 0.1 miles. NE Clifton Ln. becomes WA-300 for 3.1 miles. WA-300 becomes NE Shore Rd. for 0.1 miles. Turn left for 0.1 miles. Turn left for 0.1 miles. End at Belfair State Park.
