Bead Lake Trail #127 begins at an old roadbed then winds through a mixed conifer forest. Spectacular lake views. This trail is 6.4 miles with elevations of 3040 to 3600 feet and is considered to be difficult.

Directions: To reach Bead Lake Trail #127 from Spokane, start out going north on North Lincoln Street toward West Main Street for less than 0.1 miles. Turn right onto West Main Street for 0.6 miles. Turn left onto US-2 East and continue to follow for 46.9 miles. From Newport follow U.S. Route 2 across the Pend Oreille River into Idaho and turn north on LeClerc Road (county road 9305). Continue on road 9305 for 2.8 miles and turn east on Bead Lake Road (county road 3029). Travel for 6 miles, turn right on Forest Service road 3215, and continue to trailhead.
