Clearwater Big House Cabin has three bedrooms (two upstairs and one on the ground floor), living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The heater, cook stove, and refrigerator all operate by propane. The water is turned off in the colder months due to freezing, thus water must be hauled. An outhouse is located nearby. It is a short drive along the breaks of the Tucannon River to Sunset Point from the cabin. Horse and hiker trails into the Tucannon drainage can be accessed from the cabin. During winter, the cabin is well suited for snowmobiling on groomed snowmobile trails and for cross country skiing.
