From gondola rides to fly fishing, there is something for everyone here.The Flight of The Canyons gondola runs every Wednesday through Sunday from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm. Take a scenic ride and view the mountains of the Wasatch range before arriving at the Red Pine Lodge.The Canyons offers some of the finest hiking trails in the Park City area. Visitors can take a scenic gondola ride to access the Mid-Mountain Trail and explore the many trails alone, or sign up for a guided hiking tour.Guided fly fishing tours from All Seasons Adventures teach guests the fine art of casting a rod, and guide them to some great spots in the area.Early morning hot air balloon rides give visitors access to the most breathtaking views of the surrounding Wasatch Mountains and the valleys below. The Adventure Desk located in the lobby of The Canyons Grand Summit Hotel can arrange balloon rides in winter and summer months.Mountain biking can also be enjoyed on the many trails at The Canyons Summer Resort. With brand new full suspension mountain bike rentals from KONA available, guests can explore the legendary Park City single track trails right outside the door while pedaling one of the plushest rides around. Kids mountain bikes are also available for rental (20" and 24" wheel models from KONA). Helmet rentals are also available, as well as basic accessories, minor repairs and expert advice. |
