| The Deer Valley Resort Scenic Chairlift Ride offers several chairlift-accessed activities including; hiking, mountain biking and scenic rides. The mid-mountain Sterling chairlift has operated since 1992, while the Silver Lake Express has only been used since 2004. Guests can transfer to the Sterling chairlift at mid-mountain, rising from 7,200 to 9,400 feet in altitude, all on scenic chairlifts.The same great service Deer Valley is known for during the ski season is applied to the summer mountain biking, hiking and scenic chairlift ride program. The Resort also offers mountain bike rentals, instruction and guided tours.The Utah Symphony & Opera's Deer Valley Music Festival is also featured at the resort in the summertime. The weekend jazz festival is held in the Outdoor Amphitheater at the Snow Park Lodge. |
