Spruces Campground is set in a large meadow. Campers enjoy trout fishing in nearby Silver Lake which has a barrier free boardwalk. Wildlife in this area includes mountain lions, coyotes, deer, moose, raptors, and Uinta ground squirrels. There is no firewood available in this area; campers are advised to bring their own. Spruces Campground has a campground host.
