Pacer Lake is an excellent fishing spot but, a little hard to access.


Facilities: There are no developed facilities at Pacer Lake. Dispersed camping is available throughout the area.

Best Time To Visit: Pacer Lake is open year round.

Fees: Unknown

Accessibility: This area is not handicap accessible.

Rules: Check the local fishing regulations.

Directions: To reach Pacer Lake from Kanab, take Highway 89 north to Highway 12. At the junction of Highway 12, and State Route 22 ( John's Valley Road) north of Bryce Canyon, turn north and proceed to the Widtsoe Juction (approximately 13 miles). Turn east on to Forest Highway 17 and travel 7 miles to the summit. Turn north on to Forest Service Road 140 and travel 11 miles to the Iron Springs Turn Off. Turn north on to Forest Service Road 112. Follow 2.5 miles to the end of the existing road. Park and follow marked trail for approximately 1.5 miles.
