Kenny Creek Trail begins at the Mueller Park Picnic Area and winds its way northeast through fairly heavy oakbrush stands, several open meadows, and tops out on the ridge separating Morgan County and Davis County. The view along the lower part of the trail is severely limited due to heavy vegetation cover, but as the trail gains elevation in the upper end it opens up allowing a much better view of the mountains. Due to the exposure, summer time mid-day temperatures can be very warm. Early morning and evening are more enjoyable times to hike this trail. This route has been maintained as a primitive trail.
This moderately difficult 2 mile trail gains 1,706 feet in elevation and receives infrequent use. It takes about 1.5 hours to complete the trail one way.
