March 1 - October 31 Gate: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.; Grounds: 9 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. November 1 - February 28 Gate: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.; Grounds: 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.Hogel Zoo is open every day except Christmas and New Year's Day.Fees: Admission fees are charged. Rental fees for strollers and wheelchairs may apply. Accessibility: The zoo is accessible. Wheelchairs are available for rent. Rules: No outside animals or pets are allowed into the Zoo, with the exception of service animals. Service animals must report to Guest Services and have proper vaccination and license documentation in order to be allowed into the Zoo. For the health and safety for our animals and guests, we do not allow the following items inside the Zoo:- Balloons of any kind
- Bicycles, tricycles (or similar such item that is powered by someone sitting on it), or skateboards, scooters of any kind, heeled shoes, in-line skates, or roller-skates.
- Water guns or water balloons (water spray bottles are only allowed on hot days)
- Weapons of any kind
- Glass containers
- Alcoholic beverages
- Laser pointers
- Gas grills or charcoal barbecues
- Stickers or confetti
- Any other item deemed unsafe by Utah's Hogle Zoo security
