The East Fork of the Sevier River runs south to north and feeds Tropic Reservoir. There are several fishable tributaries of the East Fork including; Skunk, Blubber, Kanab, Clay, Podunk, Crawford, Seiler, and Mill Creek. Most of these tributaries contain either brook or cutthroat trout. Further downstream, in the Black Canyon area, the stream contains mostly brown trout, with some rainbow and cutthroat trout.

Directions: To reach East Fork, Sevier River from Kanab, take Highway 89 north about 60 miles to Highway 12. Follow Highway 12 to Forest Service Road 087 south. This road generally parallels the East Fork of the Sevier River.
