| | Illinois River Forks State Park - Wildlife Viewing In State Parks | | Located at the confluence of the east and west forks of the Illinois River, the park offers picnic tables and restrooms. There is a short walking trail near the picnic area. The Illinois Valley is a unique geologic area with many rare plants. Raft trips are available on the wild and scenic Illinois River. Fishing and swimming also are popular on the river. The park is situated on 511 acres just south of Cave Junction. |
