| | Howard Prairie Reservoir - Boating | | Fishing season runs from late April through October. The lake is surrounded by the pine and fir forests of the Cascade Mountains. Boating and water skiing are especially good at this lake. Ducks are raised at the reservoir every year and geese nest at the Lake. At this 1,990-acre impoundment, anglers will find rainbow trout, brown bullhead, and largemouth bass. |
