Cape Lookout State Park
This area is a popular campground and day use area. It gives visitors a terrific view of the ocean with easy access to the beach. There are trails throughout the area that equal an eight mile walking area. Facilities are available.

Nehalem Bay State Park
is a park where many visitors find the serenity of the area to be the most attractive feature. Along this route and in the campground itself, visitors are likely to see deer grazing, a herd of elk, or a coyote crossing the road. The park is also graced with a variety of birds. Fine dining and local boutiques in the neighboring communities of Manzanita and Nehalem offer a change of scenery from the park setting.
