Bohemia National Recreation Trail #1407 - Trails
This trail is 6.5 miles long, has a more difficult to easiest rating, and receives light use.

Elijah Bristow State Park - Horse Use In State Parks
was named for one of the first pioneer settlers in Lane County and is comprised of 847 acres of scattered meadows, woodlands and wetlands. Elijah Bristow has more than 10 miles of trail for hikers, mountain bikers and equestrians. Salmon and steelhead trout abound during annual runs in one of the few stretches of the lower Willamette with fast-moving white water. Unique wildlife nesting and habitat areas fill the park's islands and sloughs. Facilities are provided as well.

This trail is 2 miles long, rated easy, and receives heavy use.

Siuslaw National Forest - Horse Use In National Forests
The Siuslaw National Forest is a very diverse and productive region extending from Tillamook to Coos Bay along the Oregon coast. The forest encompasses over 630,000 acres of unique and varying ecosystems. The Siuslaw National Forest is bordered on the east by the Willamette Valley and the west by the Pacific Ocean and is one of only two national forests located in the lower 48 states to claim oceanfront property, making it a great spot to go whale watching.

The Umpqua National Forest in southwestern Oregon is nestled on the westside of the Cascade Mountains. Thielsen Wilderness, North Umpqua Wild and Scenic River, Rogue-Umpqua Scenic Byway, Oregon Cascades Recreation Area, and the Diamond Lake Recreation Composite. Waldo Lake Trail #3590 - Trails
This trail is 19.6 miles long, has a difficult rating, and receives moderate to heavy use.

The Willamette National Forest offers visitors virtually endless opportunities for forest-related activities. Developed campgrounds, trails, Scenic Byways, and ski resorts are but a few of the facilities available for use. Outdoor recreation activities not associated with developed facilities are limited only by one's imagination.
