| | Bully Creek Reservoir | | The reservoir is on the Bully Creek about 8 miles northwest of the Creek's confluence with the Malheur River. In the spring, fall, and winter visitors may see loons, grebes, ducks, and hawks. Nearby a red rock formation sometimes harbors Rock Wrens and Golden Eagles. Reservoir is 985 surface acres with 7 miles of shoreline. The reservoir is used as a resting place by migratory waterfowl with some ducks remaining to nest. |

Interpretive centers and trails are offered to the visitors who want to explore part of the Oregon Trail. The reservoir offers activities such as swimming, water skiing, fishing, and boating. |

| | Ontario State Recreation Site | | is a restful day-use park situated on the west bank of the historic Snake River just north of Ontario, Oregon. Green grass, clean grounds, and modern restrooms greet visitors stopping to boat, fish, swim or picnic for the day. Ontario is a great place to enjoy bird watching and other wildlife. Blue heron, Canada geese, river otter, and muskrat are found in the reeds and grass along the shores of the Snake River. |

| | Succor Creek State Natural Area | | The natural area is closed to all motor vehicles, including all-terrain vehicles. Pedestrians are allowed to cross into the east side of the park. Six campsites located east of the creek were moved south of the park's vault restroom on the west side to accommodate campers while the closure is in effect. Succor Creek is an unstaffed, no-fee primitive camping area. |
