Winchuck Campground is a moderate use campground in a forest setting adjacent to the scenic Winchuck River. Swim or fish in the river. Campground is located just minutes from ocean beaches and a 30 minute drive to the Redwoods of northern California. Campers can gather firewood and supplies locally. Many trails in the area. There are a total of 15 sites with a maximum spur of 30 feet.

Facilities: Winchuck Campground provides water, restrooms, tables, a camp host, and fire rings.

Reservations: Reservations are not accepted for Winchuck Campground.

Best Time To Visit: Winchuck Campground is open May through October.

Fees: A camping fee is charged.

Accessibility: This campground is handicap accessible.

Rules: The maximum stay is 14 days.

Directions: To reach Winchuck Campground from Brookings, go south approximately 3 miles on US HWY 101 to forest route 1107 (county route 896). Go east on 1107 approximately 6 miles to forest route 1108. Go north on 1107 approximately 1 mile.
