Tangent/QS 1041 Loop goes through rolling terrain that provides diverse scenery and good views from the quarry site. This trail is 11 miles long with elevations of 5400 to 5600 feet and is considered to be an easy trail.

Best Time To Visit: Tangent/QS 1041 Loop is open spring through fall.

Directions: To reach Tangent/QS 1041 Loop from Bend, drive 14 miles west on Hwy 46 (Cascade Lakes Hwy) to Virginia Meissner Sno-Park. Park in the Sno-Park and head north on FS road 4615 to begin the route.
