Tamarack Campground is situated in a pine and fir forest on Eagle River. Warm to hot days accompany the cold nights. Campers can gather firewood locally. Deer, elk, wildcats, and small wildlife inhabit the area as well. There are a total of 24 sites with a maximum spur of 18 feet.
