Swede Ridge Loop is through forested country with views once you get to Swede Ridge. Visitors will be passing by a shelter so they could bring a snack to enjoy along the way. The trail is 6.4 miles with elevations of 5500 to 5900 feet and is considered to be more difficult.

Facilities: Swede Ridge Loop provides a nearby restrooms and rest shelter.

Reservations: Reservations are not needed or accepted for Swede Ridge Loop.

Best Time To Visit: Swede Ridge Loop is open spring to fall.

Fees: No fees are charged.

Accessibility: This trail is not handicap accessible.

Rules: Do not litter.

Directions: To reach Swede Ridge Loop from Bend, drive or ride 16 miles west on Hwy 46 (Cascade Lakes Hwy) to the Swampy Lakes Sno-Park and park here. The route begins at the north end of the parking lot across from the restrooms.
