South Shore Campground is located in a mixed forest setting on Suttle Lake. Visitors are able to fish for trout or swim in the lake. A boat ramp and fish cleaning station is available. Supplies are available at Sisters. Deer, birds and squirrels are common to the area. Campers may gather firewood locally. Hiking trails wind through the area. There are 39 campsites and a maximum spur of 50 feet. All of the campsites are developed.

Facilities: South Shore Campground provides restrooms, picnic tables, and drinking water.

Reservations: Reservations are required for South Shore Campground.

Best Time To Visit: South Shore Campground is open April-September.

Fees: Campsite and vehicle fees are charged.

Accessibility: Handicap accessibility is not provided.

Rules: There is a 14 day maximum stay.

Directions: To reach South Shore Campground from Sisters start out going southwest on NW Wall St toward NW Franklin Ave. for 0.1 miles. Turn left onto NW Franklin Ave. for 0.1 miles. Turn onto NW Bond St. for 0.2 miles. Turn right onto NW Greenwood Ave. for 0.4 miles. Turn left onto US-20. Continue to follow US-20 W. for 21.5 miles. From Sisters go northwest on US Hwy 20 approximately 13 miles to forest route 2070. Go west on 2070 approximately 1.5 miles to South Shore Campground.
