Pioneer Ford Campground is located in mixed conifer on the Metolius River. There are excellent fly-fishing opportunities in the river but please check fishing regulations. Wildlife in this area includes black bears, mountain lions, coyotes, deer and elk. The campground is busy weekends and holidays. There is a picnic shelter on site. There are 20 campsites and a maximum spur of 50 feet. The campsites are developed.

Facilities: Pioneer Ford Campground provides restrooms and drinking water.

Reservations: Reservations are not accepted for Pioneer Ford Campground.

Best Time To Visit: Pioneer Ford Campground is open April-October.

Fees: Campsite and vehicle fees are charged.

Accessibility: Handicap accessibility is not provided.

Rules: There is a 14 day maximum stay.

Directions: To reach Pioneer Ford Campground from Bend start out going southwest on NW Wall St toward NW Franklin Ave. for 0.1 miles. Turn left onto NW Franklin Ave. for 0.1 miles. Turn left onto NW Bond St. for 0.2 miles. Turn right onto NW Greenwood Ave. for 0.4 miles. Turn left onto US-20. Continue to follow US-20 W. for 21.5 miles. From Sisters go northwest on state Hwy 20 approximately 9.6 miles to forest route 14. Go north on 14 approximately 12.5 miles to Pioneer Ford Campground.
