Packard Creek Group Campsite is a large grassy area with adequate room for tents. There is a large covered log shelter for group use. Hills Creek Reservoir is located nearby. There is fishing in the reservoir. There is disabled parking at the boat ramp/swimming areas and group site. The swimming area has a log-boom around it and has buoys set around it reminding boaters to slow down. There is a mix of vegetation in the area which includes an abundant supply of Poison Oak.
