Overhang Trail #1509 passes through old-growth and crosses under a basalt rock overhang from which it derives its name. Wildflowers are abundant in the spring. Maidenhair ferns cover the rocks. Views of Little River are also seen. This trail is .3 miles long, has an easiest rating, and receives light use.
