North Umpqua River is surrounded by forest and passes several campgrounds. There is white water rafting on the river in addition to fishing. The fish that reside in the river are Rainbow Trout, Cutthroat Trout, and Steelhead.

Directions: To reach North Umpqua River from Roseburg, travel east on State Highway 138. From Glide to Toketee Lake the river runs along the highway.
