Newberry Group Campground

Newberry Group Campground sits at an elevation of 6400 feet. It rests within Newberry National Volcanic Monument, among fir and lodge pole pine on Paulina Lake. Visitors are able to participate in recreation such as fishing, hiking, swimming, bird watching, bicycling, sightseeing, and are provided with access to Paulina Lakeshore Trail. Newberry provides a boat ramp to make fishing for trout and kokanee on lake a little easier. Supplies are available at resort 2 miles away. Firewood is sold or may be gathered. Campground may be frequented by bears. Guests are urged to put all food in a tight container. The campground provides 3 campsites and has a maximum spur of 26 feet. All of the campsites are developed.
