Newberry Campground rests within Newberry National Volcanic Monument, among fir and lodge pole pine on Paulina Lake. Fish trout and kokanee on lake. Supplies at resort 2 miles. Firewood sold or may be gathered. Horse, hike and bike trails are nearby. Campground may be frequented by bears. There are a total of 3 group sites with a maximum spur of 26 feet.


Facilities: Newberry Campground provides vault toilets, drinking water, and a group picnic area.

Best Time To Visit: Newberry Campground is open June through September.

Fees: A camping fee is charged.

Accessibility: This campground is not handicap accessible.

Rules: The maximum stay is 14 days.

Directions: To reach Newberry Campground from Bend, go south on US HWY 97 approximately 23.5 miles to forest route 21. Go east on 21 approximately 14 miles.
