Mallard Marsh Campground is located on the shore of Hosmer Lake. Fly-fishing and hiking are popular activities. Hot summer days. Campers can gather supplies locally. There is no drinking water on site. Wildlife in this area includes black bears, mountain lions, coyotes, deer, and elk. There are a total of 15 sites with a maximum spur of 26 feet.
