Directions: To reach Joaquin Miller Trail #219 from Burns, start out going west on OR-78 toward North Alder Avenue for less than 0.1 miles. Turn right onto US-395 and continue to follow for 2.8 miles. Turn left onto US-395 for 67.5 miles. Turn right onto US-26 for less than 0.1 miles. From John Day, travel south on US Highway 395 to County road 65. Take the 65 road south for approximately 4 miles. Turn left onto Forest Service road 6510. The trailhead is at the end of the road. |
