Island Campground is set in a pine forest setting along the South Fork of the Coquille River. Fish for trout or swim in the river. Deer, bears and birds are common to the area. Campground is a light to moderate use area. Campers may gather firewood and supplies locally. Hiking trails nearby. No RV's. No water. There are a total of 5 sites with a maximum spur of 16 feet.
