Fish Lake Trail #1570 follows Fish Lake Creek through a mixed stand of timber, then gradually climbs to Beaver Swamp, a small body of water where wildlife can often be seen. At Fish Lake, the trail follows the northwest shore. Views of Highrock Mountain and the many rock formations of Rocky Ridge are features of the lake shore trail. The trail continues past the lake along a marsh and hardwood forest, then follows Highrock Creek through a mixed stand of timber. The trail then leaves the creek and passes through scattered timber and large meadows typical of the divide high country. This trail is 8 miles long, has a more difficult rating, and receives moderate use.
