Crane Prairie Campground is located on the shore of Crane Prairie Reservoir. There is a boat launch and fish cleaning station at the campground. Supplies are available at Bend. Campers may gather firewood. The area is very hot during summer days. Wildlife in this area includes black bears, mountain lions, coyotes, deer, and elk. The area may be busy during weekends and holidays. This campground provides 140 campsites and has a maximum spur of 30 feet. All of the campsites are developed, and have drinking water. The area is also available for day use if visitors do not wish to stay the night.

Facilities: Crane Prairie Campground provides drinking water, restrooms, and boat facilities.

Reservations: Reservations are required for Crane Prairie Campground.

Best Time To Visit: Crane Prairie Campground is open April-October.

Fees: Campsite, day use, and vehicle fees are charged.

Accessibility: Handicap accessibility is provided.

Rules: There is a 14 day maximum stay.

Directions: To reach Crane Prairie Campground from Bend go south on US Hwy 97 for 26.8 miles to forest route 43 (Wickiup Junction). Go west on 43 for 11 miles to forest route 42. Go west on 42 for 5.4 miles to forest route 4270. Go north on 4270 for 4.2 miles to Crane Prairie Campground.
