Cline Clark Picnic Area is located beside Hills Creek Reservoir in a thick stand of mixed coniferous and deciduous trees. Fishing is fair with an opportunity to hook crappie, Largemouth Bass, Brown Bullhead, catfish, Rainbow and Cutthroat Trout. The site also has a small bench in a shady area offering a lovely view across the reservoir. There are 3 picnic sites in the picnic area.
