Cinder Hill Campground is situated within Newberry National Volcanic Monument. Fish for trout and kokanee nearby. Supplies at Lapine. Firewood sold by High Lakes or may be gathered. Horse, hike and mountain bike trails nearby. Campground may be frequented by bears. Boat ramp on site. There are a total of 110 sites with a maximum spur of 30 feet.


Facilities: Cinder Hill Campground provides restrooms, drinking water, and a boat launch.

Best Time To Visit: Cinder Hill Campground is open May through October.

Fees: A camping fee is charged.

Accessibility: This campground is handicap accessible.

Rules: The maximum stay is 14 days.

Directions: To reach Cinder Hill Campground from Bend, go south on US HWY 97 for 23.5 miles to forest route 21. Go east on 21 for 17.6 miles to forest route 2100 700. Go north on 2100 700 for .5 miles.
