Bull of the Woods Trail #550 takes off to the right of the road. The trail climbs 500 feet in 3.2 miles to the summit of Bull of the Woods and the lookout. There are scenic views of Three Sisters, Mt. Jefferson, and Three-Fingered Jack. Trail also accesses many other trails within the Bull of the Woods Wilderness. The trail is 6.4 miles long and has been rated at difficult.
